Making begins after dimensions, design, finishes and the final quotation are approved. Each component must follow the drawing and be able to reach the room where it will be fitted.

Project process

What is settled before parts are cut

Made-to-measure work translates a real space into identifiable parts, resolved edges and compatible fittings.

01

Component planning

The approved drawing becomes modules and panels that can be cut, handled and transported.

02

Board and thickness

Construction follows shelf span, load, fixing and the finish planned for each part.

03

Edges and joints

A visible surface also has a border and a wall junction; both are specified before cutting.

04

Fronts and finish

Approved samples and specific references guide colour, grain, machining and protection.

05

Compatible hardware

Hinges and runners are chosen for front weight, dimensions and opening action.

06

Installation planning

Components are identified and the fitting sequence considers access through the building.

Project thinking

The workshop works from a specification

The final drawing and quotation determine what is made. Installation adjustments are anticipated at the same stage.

01

Approval before production

An initial guide price is followed by measurement and a detailed final quote. Design is developed where needed. The component list is prepared after the scope and deposit are accepted.

02

Edges matter

In a kitchen or bathroom, a poorly resolved edge may create more trouble than the board pattern. Exposed panels, cut-outs and access openings need a defined finish.

03

Grain across parts

Natural veneer varies from sheet to sheet. If doors should carry a continuous grain direction, this is recorded on the drawing and checked before manufacture.

04

A module that must fit through the door

Entrance, lift and corridor dimensions also set component size. Dividing a large unit for fitting avoids forcing it through a tight route or damaging the finish.

05

Check at handover

Fitting concludes with door and drawer adjustment and a joint review. Any difference from the approved scope is recorded and a resolution agreed.
