How we work, step by step
These steps connect the first estimate to the final fitting. Measurements and specification come before the binding price.
Initial estimate
Share the address, room photos, approximate measurements and the furniture you have in mind. We outline a price range to be checked against the measured space.
Measured survey
At the property we record the relevant dimensions, services and wall conditions. We also check how the pieces can enter the building.
Design, when required
If drawings or a design are needed, we develop them after the survey. The design work is included at no extra charge when you order us to manufacture to that project.
Detailed quotation
With the layout and specification agreed, we set out materials, fittings, delivery, installation and the final amount in writing.
Approval and deposit
You confirm the proposal and pay the deposit stated in the quotation. This authorises the production order.
Workshop production
We cut, finish and prepare the components according to the approved drawings and dimensions.
Fitting on site
The team delivers and assembles the furniture, then adjusts fronts, hinges and visible joints.
Review with you
Before closing the job, we go through doors, drawers and finishes together and record anything that needs a final adjustment.

If the interior works, we measure the existing frontage and renew the leaves without rebuilding storage.

A sample beside floor and walls helps select colour, grain or lacquer.
Resolve frames and scribes
Architraves, frames and skirting are drawn so the new frontage fits without forcing the opening.

The selected material must work with the available hardware and support.
Visible surface
We specify whether the proposal uses melamine, natural veneer or lacquer on board.

Is replacing doors always cheaper?＋
Not always. Repairs to the body or tracks may make a complete new wardrobe worth comparing.
Can hinged doors become sliding?＋
It depends on depth, support and room for tracks. Site measurement is needed.
Can a mirror be added?＋
Yes if structure and fittings are rated for the weight and safety requirements.

Replacing wardrobe fronts: inspect the base first
New fronts can change a room without rebuilding its whole interior. First we check whether the existing carcass is sound and square enough for new doors.
Sliding doors depend on tracks, height and overlap; hinged ones depend on hinges and swing clearance. Finish alone does not determine the choice.
Lacquer, melamine or natural veneer samples can be viewed beside the floor and wall. The quote separates fronts, hardware, scribes and any interior adjustment.
Send photographs with the wardrobe open, shut and viewed from each side, plus rough dimensions. We can then judge whether a front-only renovation makes sense.
