“This was our first made-to-measure project: timber wall panelling. We hoped to align doors, sockets and panels without awkward narrow pieces at the ends, but did not know which material or opening system made sense. Our property in Barcelona made tall ceilings part of the design rather than a delivery-day problem. Both were explained in ordinary language. A small adjustment was needed after fitting and it was dealt with without any fuss.”

“A wall of living-room storage sounded simple until we looked at the access and the existing services. We wanted to hide the router and cables while keeping books and a few objects visible. Because the room is in Barcelona, we asked specifically about uneven historic walls; it was covered in the proposed sequence.
